All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not processed on weekends and public holidays.

We ship worldwide. Prices and conditions vary by region:

Goods are delivered to the Baltic States of Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia within 3-7 business days

DPD courier - €4.50

DPD locker - €3.90

Free delivery to the Baltic States of Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia for orders over €70

International Delivery

Shipped via registered mail through Lithuanian Post

Europe: goods are delivered within (7–15 business days) - €13. Free delivery for orders over €300

Delivery to the United States, Canada, Asia, rest of the world: goods are delivered within (15–20 business days) - €17. Free delivery for orders over €300

Shipment Tracking and Delivery

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Delivery times may vary depending on the country and the work of local couriers.

Customs Duties and Fees

Customs duties and other import taxes (if applicable) are paid by the buyer. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

help resolve the issue with the courier service.

Return Period

Customers have the right to return goods within 14 calendar days from the day the last item of the order was delivered.

The returned item must be unused, unopened, in its original undamaged packaging, and in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery. A purchase receipt or order number must be provided along with the item.

Non-Returnable Items

In accordance with European Union legislation and hygiene and consumer safety requirements, the following cannot be returned:

• opened or used food supplements;
• gift cards;
• sale items if it was clearly stated before purchase that they are subject to a "Final Sale" condition.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply to opened food supplement packages due to hygiene and health protection requirements.

How to Return an Item

An order can be cancelled within 1 hour of its placement. After this period or once the order processing has begun, it can no longer be cancelled.

Once logged in, you will be able to view your orders and, if a return is possible, submit a return request.

If you cannot log in to your account or require assistance, please contact us by email at peptidesmrw@gmail.com, providing your order number and reason for return.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide further instructions and the return address.

Items sent without prior arrangement may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is not faulty or delivered by mistake, the return shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will inform you of our decision.

If the return is approved, the money will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases where a faulty or incorrect item was delivered.

The processing of the refund by the bank or payment service provider may take additional time.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you have received a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible by email at peptidesmrw@gmail.com.

After assessing the situation, we will offer a replacement item or a refund.
