Return Policy
Return Period
Customers have the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the delivery date of the last item in the order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, in its original undamaged packaging, and in the same condition as it was upon delivery. Proof of purchase or the order number must also be provided.
Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with European Union legislation and hygiene and consumer safety requirements, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used food supplements;
- Gift cards;
- Sale items if they were clearly marked as "Final Sale" before purchase.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to opened food supplement packages due to hygiene and health protection requirements.
How to Return an Item
Orders may be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed. After this period, or once order processing has begun, cancellation is no longer possible.

Once signed in, you can view your orders and, if eligible, submit a return request.
If you are unable to access your account or need assistance, please contact us at peptidesmrw@gmail.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with further instructions and the return address.
Please note that items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs
If the item is not defective or was not shipped in error, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of our decision.
If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly.
Please note that additional processing time may be required by your bank or payment service provider before the refunded amount appears in your account.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at peptidesmrw@gmail.com.
After reviewing your request, we will offer either a replacement or a full refund, as appropriate.
