Return

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received.

• Gift vouchers
• Discounted items (sales)

Return process

1. Contact us by email at peptidesmrw@gmail.com and provide your order number.
   
2. Send the product to the address we provide.
3. Once we have received and verified your return, we will notify you of its approval or rejection.

Refund

If the return is approved,
The money will be transferred to your payment method within 5-10 business days .
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
