Return Period
Customers have the right to return goods within 14 calendar days from the day the last item of the order was delivered.
The returned item must be unused, unopened, in its original undamaged packaging, and in the same condition as it was at the time of delivery. A purchase receipt or order number must be provided along with the item.
Non-Returnable Items
In accordance with European Union legislation and hygiene and consumer safety requirements, the following cannot be returned:
- opened or used food supplements;
- gift cards;
- sale items if it was clearly stated before purchase that they are subject to a "Final Sale" condition.
