Purpose and participants of the study

To evaluate the effect of the multi-component peptide bioregulator JointsTIDE PLUS forte , a clinical study was conducted in 2017, organized by specialists from the Department of Regenerative Medicine and Nutritional Medicine of the European Scientific Society at the Academy of Natural Sciences (Hanover).

The study involved two groups:

• the main group – 12 patients aged 49 to 84 years,
• control group – 10 patients of similar age.

Patients were diagnosed with diseases of the joints and spine: osteoarthritis, osteochondrosis, osteoporosis.

Course of the investigation

Patients in the main group used JointsTIDE PLUS forte in addition to standard therapy:

• 2 capsules per day,
• Duration of use – 30–45 days, depending on the severity of the condition.

The control group was treated only with conventional medical means.

The following were evaluated before and after the course:

• dynamics of patient complaints,
• blood and urine tests,
• biochemical indicators
• X-rays of the joints.

Research results

In cases of osteoarthritis

• Patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint noticed a reduction in pain and improved mobility .
• In 66.7% of patients diagnosed with early-stage osteoarthritis, the pain almost completely disappeared.
• In cases of advanced osteoarthritis, the results were positive but less pronounced; however, patients noted improved comfort.

In cases of osteochondrosis

• In patients with spinal osteochondrosis, pain was reduced in 60% of cases .
• Longer use (45–60 days) of JointsTIDE PLUS forte, in conjunction with complex therapy, helped improve spinal mobility and reduce discomfort in daily activities.

Security

No side effects, complications, or product dependency were observed throughout the course of the study.

Conclusions

• Clinical studies have shown that JointsTIDE PLUS forte may be beneficial as a supplementary aid in maintaining joint and spinal health .
• The product was well tolerated , and no adverse reactions were observed.
• The research data indicates that it may be an important part of comprehensive care to improve mobility and daily comfort.
